Here he comes!

Watch out for one good looking husband riding his new motorcycle! He is more happy than I have ever seen him. Enjoy the first couple of pics!

Oh Lord!

So I woke yesterday with my right eye bothering me. It was slightly swollen on the top, but nothing to really worry about. I wake up this morning and my eye is almost swollen shut! It was nasssssssssssssty! I somehow made it through the day and went to the doctor after school. The doctor said I had an ingrown eyelash! Are you serious?!?! Only me...

p.s. forgive the horrible picture!

Newest craft project

My friend Kerri and I went garage sale shopping a few weekends ago. I got some great pieces, including a large silver tray for only $5! It was such a good deal! I used chalk board spray paint to change the middle into a place for Matt and I to write. Matt then hung it on the wall for us to write notes to each other. I think it is so cute and a nice place for Matt and I to write sweet notes to each other.

Easy Dinner Recipe

I decided to try a new recipe tonight for dinner and it turned out GREAT! The only bad thing is I forgot to take a picture-yikes! Personally, if I don't see a picture of a recipe I am not likely to make it. Trust me though, both the husband and I were so excited about how this dish turned out.

Spinach and Chicken Pasta Bake

1/2 box of mini pasta shells
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 cups of mozzarella cheese
1 package of frozen creamed spinach
1 chicken breast

1. Cook the pasta, strain, and put back in the pot
2. While the pasta cooks, saute chicken breast in a pan into cooked. Dice chicken after it is cooked.
3. Add diced chicken, parmesan cheese, creamed spinach, and 1 cup mozzarella cheese to the warm pasta. Combine and put in a 8X8 pan
4. Cover with the remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese and put in the oven on broil under the cheese is browned.

Happy St. Pattys!

Our big St. Patty's celebration in Columbia was last Saturday. We skipped it because of the cost ($15 per person!!!!) and went on the RV trip instead. Matt and I celebrated today by meeting his boss, my parents, and my aunt and uncle. It was a good time by all. Matt enjoyed his green beer and corned beef/cabbage! If they only made green Diet Coke for the holiday I would be set!

My family (minus Matt and my other sister Lindsey)

Matt and I decked out in our festival gear. I just love Matt's hat!

Where have I been!?!

So friends I have been MIA lately. I have been enjoying reading everyone's blogs and discovering new ones, but I felt like I had nothing exciting to blog about! Well, this weekend I had a REALLY fun time! One of my best friends, Mary's birthday was Friday. We celebrated by going to her favorite resturant, Outback. We laughed and talked for over two hours. My only regret is us not taking a picture!

Saturday we went on an adventure to Charleston. My parents bought an RV kinda spur of the moment last week. They wanted to take a test trip and Matt and I were their third choice of travel partners! The RV was awesome to ride in and made such an easy ride down to James Island. The place we "parked" was so pretty with all the trees and earthy smells! Ha-we got a chance to grill out, walk my parents' dogs, and play games. I can't wait for the next RV trip! woohoo!
